Chris LaPlant
Co-Founder & CEO
Chris is the co-founder and CEO of North West Integra Group. Coming from a family of contractors and architects Chris found early on a love for design. Growing up Chris would shadow his father on jobs up until enlisting in the Marine Corps. After completing his time in the Military, he followed in his father's footsteps and went back to work remodeling and building homes. In 2019 Scott and Chris established North West Integra Group LLC. Priding themselves on competitive pricing while giving people honest and thorough service. Slowly but surely, every customer became a returning client because it was clear that they lived by the motto "we don't cut corners"- even if it meant expanding the completion date. Scott’s passing in 2021 left Chris running the company with a small but reliable team. Hoping to keep his father's legacy alive Chris still goes to each project with the integrity and craftsmanship that made his father and North West Integra Group what it is. A growing Veteran owned business providing exceptional services.
OLIVIA YUHASHI
Business Manager
Olivia is the business manager for North West Integra Group. Olivia has always had a passion for helping people. Her natural talent for operations and business success earned her a reputation among family and friends, which led her to helping quite a few of them learn the logistics of running a business. At North West Integra Group, the culture is to help people and bring their visions to life, which aligned perfectly with the work Olivia was already doing. Olivia is the first person you talk to when you send an inquiry into the team. Although she doesn’t have an extensive background in general contracting, she does however have a long career in customer service which makes her a valuable asset to the team. “Everyday I get to learn something new on the job. Whether that’s how to install wires for lights or how to mud the drywall. It's a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals who excel in their respective roles and inspire me daily.
Gary Witherbee
Project Manager
Not only a long time friend of the family, but an excellent builder himself, Gary has been in the contracting business for over 40 years. His attention to detail and work ethic is what makes him such an integral part of the business. Throughout his time in the industry, Gary has led a contracting business and owned his own drywall company for over 15 years. He knows how to see a project through and does not let up until the client is completely satisfied. Gary holds the values of North West Integra Group in high regard and is a pivotal reason why the company still stands and is set apart from the rest.
Brandon LaPlant
The Boss
Arguably the cutest member of the team, Brandon is Chris’s only son, and if you ask him, he would say he’s the boss.
Scott LaPlant
Founder/Owner
Scott, who most people knew as pops, was the founder of North West Integra Group as well as a proud father and grandpa. He started this business, not only to expose people to the craftsmanship of a talented builder but also for his legacy to have something to hold on to. Scott used to always tell people, “I am not a contractor, I’m just a woodworker who can do everything”. In his early 20’s he was an inspector for Lyndal Cedar Homes, and was a very handy person. He could build you a jewelry box from scrap wood that he found or he could fill your entire home from the ground up with new construction. He was always doing something with his hands and exposed his sons to that at an early age. Scott started this business with his son Chris many years ago, and gave his all to his clients. His artistry can be seen in many homes throughout the PNW, and his motto “we don’t cut corners” continues on till this day. Scott unfortunately passed away, but his memories and visions for the business live on.
